osScan: Elite Extra and Deliveries

Setup

  • Driver names must match exactly on Elite Extra and in OneSource for your "driver" users.  It compares the User ID field
  • The OneSource Shipping Location Number must match what was setup on Elite
  • The Elite Extra integration must be installed and running on your server

Usage

There is a ~10 minute delay in communication between Elite and OneSource.

Workflow:

  1. Order made and invoiced in OneSource
  2. Automatically sent to Elite Extra after a delay
  3. Assign drivers to the invoices on Elite Extra
  4. Automatically sent to OneSource
  5. On the scanner select Sales Order -> Ship Order -> Scan for delivery -> (choose your driver) -> enter dispatch number -> My Elite Orders
