Print Previewing
- You cannot 'Preview' a sales document (Sales Order, Invoice, etc) on a Mac without a printer.
- To create a Printer (even if you do not have a printer) follow these steps:
- Open System Settings.
- Go to Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add Printer.
- Choose IP tab. Enter:
- Address: localhost
- Protocol: IPP
- Name: Give the printer a User Friendly Name..
- For Use, select Generic PostScript Printer.
