How to turn on the Auto Body Supply functionality in OneSource (ABS)

  • Open the Company Setup & Preferences and make sure the following functions are enabled:
    • On the Inventory tab, Tab options table, click on the Auto Parts Details option.
    • On the Inventory tab, Click on the Mag Glass for Inventory Category labels
      • The Inventory Category Field Mapping box will appear. on the Sub Category1 row in the Map to field column select Years listing from the drop down.
      • on the Sub Category1 row in the Function column select Expand years Range from the drop down.
    • On the Quick Price Check tab, Tab option table, click on Search by Year Make Model
