The Log-in Screen
Important Notes
- It is recommended that you use Google Chrome as your browser for 1place.cloud.
- You cannot log in to 1place in more than one browser at the same time. 1place will automatically log you out of the previous browser once you log in to a new one.
How to log in to 1place.cloud
- Open you GOOGLE CHROME browser and type 1place.cloud.
- Enter the Email Address and Password that you received from OneSource Software Solutions.
- Click on Sign in button.
Did you forget your password?
To recover your password:
- Click on 'I forgot my Password' (bottom part).
- Enter your email address and click on 'Continue'. Click OK. The system will send you the OneSource Confirmation Code.
- Go to your email and copy the Confirmation Code.
- Paste it on the Confirmation Code box then click on Continue.
- Create your new password. A pop-up guide for password requirements will appear so you can follow accordingly.
- Click Save.
*Note: You may opt to check the 'Remember Me' box just below the
password box so that your Google Chrome browser remembers and automatically
types in your password every time you log in.
