To Reset the Printer to Factory Defaults (4 Flashes)
Press and hold the Feed button until you see the light flash 4 times in a row, then let go.
To Darken the Printing on the label
Press and hold the Feed button until you see the light flass 6 times in a row, then let go.
The printer will start printing out sample labels, successively darker and darker. When you are happy with the amount of darkness, press the Feed button 1 time to accept the setting.
How to program label printing.
The side coming out of the printer is the # when selecting the labels size. For instance, if a 2 x 4 label is coming out on the 2 inch side, then you need to select the 2 x 4 (not the 4 x2).
Using the example above, if you want the label to print 'landscape' (so the label is printed length wise) you need to set the settings on the Access report AND on the Zerbra driver to landscape.
Also, you will need to change the column widths on the Access Report page setup on the Columns tab.
