Where is user security managed in OneSource?

All user security is managed in one of two places in OneSource:

The User Security form: This form manages all user login information and various types of user access rights.

The System Report Maintenance form: This form contains a drop down list called Minimum Access Level.
Each report can be assigned a minimum access level. The Minimum
Access Level is the minimum group that will be able to view the report.

For example: If you set the Minimum Access Level, for a particular Income Statement report to Manager, this would mean that all users assigned to the Managers - Default Security group (in the User Security form) and all groups with higher rights (such as the Accounting
group and the Admin group). This would also mean that all users with a
Default Security group with lower access rights, such as the Sales,
Read Only, and No Access groups, would not be able to view the Income
Statement report.
