What is the Data Audit tool and how does it work?

Beginning with version 03.60130 version, (distributed in Feb, 2006) OneSource included a new tool called Data Audit. It can be opened by clicking on Tools, Admin Tools, Data Audit option.
The Data Audit tool provides a single list of queries that display all records that meet a predefined criteria. Such as, "Show me all Invoices that do not have a Sales Rep", "Show me all items that do not have a Default Supplier Cost", etc., etc...
This tool has over 300 queries such as this, with a link to a
printable report of all records that match the results of the query.
Even better, it has been designed to enable endless additional
queries/questions to the list by our team. Bottom line, any "question"
that you might want us to consider adding to the list is welcomed.
